The Shotgun 2.0 is your go-to frame mounted mtb child seat – with quick release for fast fitting & removal, 2 footpeg positions to grow with your child, and zero bike modifications required.

Quick release – 30 seconds to fit, remove and swap between bikes after initial installation.

Designed for kids 18 months - 5 years

Designed for children 18 months - 5 years, up to 60lb / 27kg, with 2 foot peg positions to grow with your child.

Adjustable fit

Adjustable leg width, angle, saddle position, and 2 foot peg options – making it simple to get the perfect fit, and adjust as your child grows.

Fitted with protective rubber padding

With thick rubber padding, the Shotgun 2.0 seat is safe to use on carbon or alloy frames.

        Will the Shotgun 2.0 seat fit my bike?

        The Shotgun 2.0 seat fits almost all modern analogue mountain bikes (front suspension required) – including bikes with steep, sloping or tapered top tubes. It’s even suitable for carbon frames. Visit our fitting guide for more detailed information on fitting the Shotgun 2.0 seat. 

        The Shotgun 2.0 seat is not suitable for electric bikes, or bikes without front suspension including road bikes, gravel bikes, some hybrid bikes, beach cruiser bikes, bikes with step-through or single tube frames, or old mountain bikes with brake cables running along the top or side of the top tube.

        Will my child fit the Shotgun 2.0 seat?

        The Shotgun 2.0 seat is designed for kids 18 months - 5 years of age, and up to 60lb or 27kg. Visit our size guide to find out if your child is ready to ride up front.

          Just the best thing you can find if you have a kid and you ride mtb. Don’t even think of spending your time searching for any analogs.

          Fitted my Scott Aspect perfectly. Daughter enjoys it every time and ask for a ride each morning.

          Shotgun 2.0

          After less than minute of apprehension the smiles never stopped. Then pop was run ragged giving turn after turn. Always felt safe and secure and never a risk to the precious passengers. 2 aged 3 and 1 aged 5
